Does anyone feel that their Marchie constantly ignores anything they say? It drives me crazy!!! I don't know if it's just a 3/4 year old thing, but man it's annoying! Just a simple instruction like "go get your shoes on, we are going out" has to be repeated 5 times and he still doesn't listen! I'm doing a reward chart up today where Talon can earn pocket money for doing things during the week....and one of them is going to be "using your listening ears"....let's hope it works! Haha

Oh man, Talon could be Leah, to a T. So annoying...."Leah put your shoes on, put your shoes on, Leah your shoes, your shoes, PUT YOUR SHOES ON!" It's like she has no ability to listen to me whatsoever. I'm so glad to hear she isn't the only one!!!

Brooke listens pretty good. If she doens't listen the first time...I'm quick to say ok we won't go ....(whereever we were going) and she quickly grabs her stuff and gets ready. Chloe is another story tho...she doesn't care. lol

I heard a mom yesterday say to her little boy.
"ok I want you to put your listening ears on"
Little boy reaches to his ears
Mother says "Ok you got them on"
"Yes mommy listening ears are on"
"Ok you going to listen to me now?"
"Yes mommy I'm going to listen now"

I thought it was so cute!

Tenli has been in a phase for a while of not listening. And within the last couple of months, she has gotten even worse by talking back. I really hope she gets out of this phase quickly because it is extremely draining!

With Kayley it kinda depends on what else is going on. Sometimes she listens well and other times I just wanna scream. LOL
