I think it was hard on both of us but really hard on Lyndsey. Lyndsey was very attached to the boob. She did not want to give it up. I would literally have to leave the house or make her stay outside with daddy and lock myself in my bedroom to keep her from nursing. She would have an all out fit about it. I had a really hard time weaning her because she nursed every few hours until she was 2 and a half. I think if I have another baby I will partially wean sooner than this. I had always nursed on demand which I think is good but once your baby is 2 years old nursing every two hours will wear you out.
