whats foods/drinks do you give your child to ensure they get enough calcium?
and how much?

She drinks 3-4 sippy cups of milk on an average day plus she loves yogurt cheese, broccoli and spinach.

i am just worried cos Kyla is refusing all milk, unless it comes direct from me. thank goodness she loves yoghurt.

how do you get Olivia to take broccoli? Kyla hates it.

I wish I could claim credit. lol
Since she started eating she's just loved anything and everything. She's never been a picky eater (one of these days I'm sure it will happen).

A lot of times toddlers will eat veggies if they can dip them in something (cheese, ranch sauce, etc) themselves even if they won't eat them otherwise.

At least that's what my the ladies in my playroom have found work for them
