when you introduced solids to your LO, did you give it to them because they were at the right age or did you wait to see if they showed signs of readiness?

She was showing signs of readiness. Because my family has a history of very severe food allergies 6 months was the earliest we were willing to introduce her to foods.

She showed definite signs of being readiness just after she turned 6 months, otherwise we would have waited longer.

Kirsty was ready for a bit more than milk, she just wasn't satisfied with milk alone.

DH was ready for Dalton to start eating solids. I actually had to keep him from giving them to him. Finally I gave in at 4 months. His family wanted to find Dalton everything from birth.
