What was or is the best piece of advice you have (perhaps unwantedly!) received during your weaning process? And the worst?

Ummmm I really can't remember ... I don't pay attention as such to advice given to me IRL as I just think well I know my baby so shut up and let me get on with it

The best advise I guess would be go by your baby.

I really didn't get any bad advice. I got a lot of great advice from the ladies on JM but that's about it.

I'm the same really. Best advice was go by Kirsty. Worst... not advice as such but I was pressured into weaning Kirsty off the breast when she was very young, as the ILs wanted to take her for a night They are in their 70s and ok they are fit for their age, but I'm not sure they would cope with her overnight!
