Did your LO suffer with consitpation during the solids weaing process?
How did you deal with it?
Does it re-occur and if so, do you know which foods cause it?

Kirsty had a bit to begin with. I used to make porridge with dried apricots and prunes through it- really gross but she enjoyed it, and it did the trick!!

She had a little bit but some juice seemed to take care of it.

She did at first. We did introduce prunes as one of the first foods though and she loved them. I also usually give her probiotics when she has digestion issues. Lately she gets them every day anyway - it's a good idea.

When I first introduced solids to her she has a tough time with them. She would wake up in the night crying cuz her tummy hurt. Once I figured out which ones were causing it, I just held off on those for a little while. Prunes helped her too!

For all the babies, which foods were the worst culprits for constipation?
