Now your baby is eating solids, what age did you simply give him/her a portion of whatever you eat for dinner?

We are almost at this. I tend to try and make Kirsty the same meals that we eat. Usually when I mush some up, it makes around 3 of her portion sizes so I still freeze some. So technically I'm still not giving her some of our dinner everynight yet.

Hopefully soon though!!

Hmmm. I'm trying to remember. I believe it was around 10 months or so.

we tend to give Evan what we are having even if its just some soft cooked veggies to play with on his tray while we eat. He also gets a mashed portion of what we are having most nights but tonight for example we had fajitas, Evan had chicken, broccoli and spud that I had previously frozen for him but he had a piece of soft pepper without the skin and some soft carrots on his tray to explore
