Since moving onto lumpy and finger foods i now have a fantastic eater!

Most days he has 3 meals (one of those just been a selection of finger foods to eat, mainly get played with but i'm just trying to get him used to the idea of 3 meals)

Normal routine now is -

Breakfast of weetabix or porridge (plain or mixed with apple and pear puree for a change) Followed by his bottle 30 mins later.
Bottle for lunch then an hour later i'll put finger foods on his tray for him to explore.
For dinner he has mainly something where having and then a bottle 30-45 mins later and then bottle for bed.

New foods in the last week -

Scrambled egg
Beef
Chicken
Cauliflower
Peas
Cabbage
Plums
Grapes!

and he loves them all! Just thought i'd give you a little update!

That's fantastic Emma!!! Sounds like he wanted something with more texture! What do you do with his grapes? Chop them up?

WTG Karl!! Thats a fab selection of foods!

about the grapes, I wasn't sure how to give them to Evan so I have avoided them so far but I think he would enjoy them, I just wasn't sure about the skin or if he would try and swallow it whole!

I chop them into 4's and he tends to just suck on them and then mash them with his gums, he's had them with the skins on when the grapes are soft but if there quite firm i try remove as much of it as i can.

Hope that helps!
