Are there any known food allergies in your family? (You, SO or children?)
How do the symptoms of the allergies present?
How do you deal with the symptoms?
Do you have medicine to give?
Do you avoid the foods which cause it?

Me: None that I'm aware of.
DH: He has a very mild reaction to peanuts (doesn't stop him from eating them though) and dairy products trigger his eczema but that doesn't stop hm from using dairy products either.
Amara: She appears to have a cow's milk allergy (not lactose intolerance though). She's going to have an allegy test around 18 months.

How do the symptoms of the allergies present?
DH: He gets a lot of bumps on his skin (mild eczema flare up for him)
Amara: She broke out in an eczema rash starting around her neck and spreading to her chest and back.

How do you deal with the symptoms?
DH: He ignores his.
Amara: I used the steroid cream to treat it and I stopped giving her cow's milk and yogurt. She uses goat's milk instead.

Do you have medicine to give?
Amara: The steroid cream prescibed by her dermatologist.

Do you avoid the foods which cause it?
Amara: Cow's milk and yogurt

Thanks for sharing, Mari. Do you avoid all milk & yogurt with Amara now?
