How often do you check that your baby's and/or kids car seats are correctly & tightly installed? And how often do you check that the straps are not twisted, tight enough, and correctly positioned, etc?

I personally check it every time. Its hard for me to get Jacob into the seat with the straps tightened enough to secure him so I have to make them a little more loose then re-tighten them. In the process its not a big deal for me to just give the seatbelt a tug and make sure the little metal part is still fastened.
