I need help girls. DD will be 11 mo next week and right about 10 mo she started weaning herself. Not nursing during the day but still wanting it at night. That caused my supply to drop drastically and by the end of the day I am pretty dried up. We started having to give her a bottle (I have plenty frozen to last til almost 12 mo) to supplement after I nursed at bedtime and she did it no problem for about a week. She also has taken a bottle of BM since she was 4 weeks old on days that I work and has had NO problems until now. For about a week now she refuses to take milk from a bottle or a sippy. She takes water/juice just fine but when it comes to milk all she wants is me. The problem is at night when I am empty. She ends up finally screaming herself to sleep but without the extra milk she will not stay asleep long so then she is up for 2-3 hours each night fighting with me. I don't know what else to try. We have tried giving her cow's milk, half and half. Any suggestions??

i'm new to this board AND i'm no help. i'm having the same problem with dd...she will NOT take milk from anything except the boob! I get so frustrated I've been trying every day for 3 weeks now and nothing

Hopefully they will just come around!
