After you've finished more than a week of the Care Dare, how are you feeling? What are you thinking?

I love this. I miss some of them, and some of them are just too much of a stretch for me (since my son is 8 1/2 months old!) but I'm a first time mom, and I find that sometimes I really want to interact with him and I have just plain run out of ideas. This has been really helpful to me because it gives me ideas of things to do. I often go back and repeat the previous dares too-- spend a little extra time working on counting things, or an extra book at night, or let him play with something he doesn't usually play with (like tupperware or the dog's water). It's definitely opened my mind to a lot of new ideas.

It looks like a lot of care darers have dropped out, judging by the number of responses I'm seeing. But I'm still with you! We're doing them every day!
The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow,
For children grow up, as Iíve learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep.
Iím rocking my baby and babies donít keep.
