When I am on the ball I have a menu written out and I do better that way. When I am being a slacker I go day to day which means we eat out more . We need to stop that. I can't eat that bad food and train for my triathlon too.
I make a weekly menu for grocery buying purposes and we will eat the 7 meals I plan but I don't really plan what meal will be what day and sometimes I will make something else if we have the ingredients for it and I don't feel like one of the meals I planned.
