Courtney's came out Wednesday. She did the same or better on everything in quarter 2 than in quarter 1 so I was happy

I think ours will be out next week. Fintan's teacher just got back from Mat leave so we will see how this goes. Has to be better than his "old" teacher. The old one said his marks were good but his behavior was unacceptable. He has really worked to be better behaved. I really think it was a personality conflict.

Gracie gets them on the quarter system as well and her 2nd quarter grades were the equivalent of straight A's. I forget the actual names they give things. . .there is. . .ummm. . . darn pregnant brain lol. Pluses minuses and slashes as well as N's and I's I just can't quite remember what they all mean lol

Courtney's school you have to have a 97% to have an "E" so it is very hard. She did get several E's but not "straight E's"

Just got ours this week. she in K so she still get's I (Independet) D(Dependant) or E (emergent) or blanks. she did good, just her counting by 5 and 10 she had a D on.

Zach's in first grade and we're on a quarter system so he just got his second one. He got all B's and one A, but his B's were only a point or two below A. I was out of town for two weeks of this grading period and his grades really suffered during those two weeks.

Yeah, homework is such a big thing. Having a kid makes me see (as a teacher) how important parental support is.
