My youngest is 4 going on 20. He is doing great. Finishing his first year of Kindergarten and going full day next year. (I am having major issues with that -- it is a new government initiative).
Here it is optional I wonder if it will be only full time when my o9er starts in September of next year.
My 04er is the oldest so I have three younger sibs to report on. lol
Logan my 05er is doing well. He is on the Autistic Spectrum but higher functioning so we were having trouble with his services but we just got his speech evaluation and she is recognizing his trouble areas so she is going to continue working with his which is such a relief. He often gets dropped as soon as he is approaching where he should be for his age which is so frustrating because of course approaching and meeting the standard are two very different things.
Caleb my 09er is also on the spectrum and is starting OT and speech this month so we are excited. He is also very into the potty so we are trying to train him while he is interested. He is learning is body parts right now and knows ears, nose, mouth and toes. The way he says toes is freaking adorable!!lol
Bella my 12er is great. She is already smiling and cooing and is a social butterfly. She chats with the sun spots when I put her on her play mat and she gets excited when the boys get down on the floor with her and squeals with delight. She is already in a size 3-6 months at 6 weeks so Mama's milk is feeding her well.
I don't like that the UK and Canada have both gone to a younger age on this, because if they've done it I can't imagine we're far behind and I don't like it.
My 04er is also my eldest, so all my other kids are the younger siblings.
Rock's in Preschool these days (4.5) and will be starting Kindergarten in the fall.
LJ's going to turn 3 next month. He is getting into doing more of what his older siblings are doing and we're trying to work on potty training, but it is slow going.
Amber's 20 months old. Her speech has improved so much in the past few weeks. She always talked but you only had like one word you understood, now she's having a whole conversation and it is so darn cute!
Jake: Just potty trained but is picky about where he will pee (only on his potty chair) but thankfully he has a bladder of steel and can hold it when we run errands. He is starting to talk more but we're a bilingual household and that tends to slow them down a bit. He is 24 mos
Zoey: She's great, she is very sensitive, sweet, adn DRAMATIC. She acts like she is dying when she is upset She is pulling up and cruising now, but slowly. She is a VERy fast crawler. She's 10 mos
Paige is cruising while barely holding onto the furniture. She is very smart and parrots sentences "I like that" or "Oh no don't" etc. . .weird hearing sentences out of a 10 mo old, but she actually SPEAKS and UNDERSTANDS things like mommy, dada, byebye jayjay gaygay (jake and grace) and zoey is a weird cross between do and jo lol, but that's what she says jojo. I don't know why names are doubled. Anyway, she is an interesting kid and the two girls are very very very different.
Crystal, proud SAHM to Gracie 9, Jake 3, Zoeyanne 2 and Paige 2.[/CENTER]
