Just wanted to update everyone and let them know that I'm ok. He still hasn't been served the injunction! It's ridiculous! My cousin flew into Orlando this morning (she's going to be living with my mom), and I'm going to try to get her to stay with me the next night or two so I have someone at the house after he's served.

At least it was a quiet night. The neighbors weren't there either so I didn't have to deal with them. Thank goodness! So, I'm still worried about how he'll react when he does get served, but I'm doing OK for now.

Sometimes its hard for them to pin the person down so they can serve them. Don't worry they will get it handled. I am not sure how they serve papers in Florida so I can't tell you what the hold up is. Here we have a constable that serves papers. In Montana is civilians... It just depends on your state.

Here they have a police officer serve the injunctions. He'll probably be served at work today if he isn't out looking at houses.

I just called and they said the deputy has the injunction and she hasn't heard back on if he's been served yet or not. Gosh I'm a nervous wreck. I don't know how he'll react. At least I'm at work when he's actually served.
