Has anyone ever just woken up with a bloody nose?

I woke up, went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror while washing. I noticed I had a bloody nose. I thought it was weird. I've never woken up with a bloody nose before.

I have I used to get them frequently and REALLY bad...They would last like 30 minutes or longer sometimes I thought they were NEVER going to stop bleeding it was kind of scary especially the first couple times I had them bad. Thankfully I haven't had one in awhile but when I do get one I usually get a few in a row.

My nose is sometimes a tiny bit bloody in the winter just due to the dry air and the stress/swelling on my sinuses during the cold months.

Not to scare you or anything.

Jilly!

Yeah, I thought about it too...but I'm really REALLY hoping not! I guess we'll see, huh. LOL
I thought I ovulated on/around Nov 30 because of some sharp pain near my ovaries, but I'm not sure. I'm still BFing and haven't had AF, we've also been using contraceptives (but as my OB said "No birth control method is 100%). I guess I'll test in 2 weeks or don't start AF.

It might just be the winter weather...as well as the heated dry air in the house.

I too had a few while pregnant....you never know, lol.

I get them from the heat too, although I haven't had one since we'ved lived in this house. We use space heaters when needed, if we don't need the heat we wear sweaters.

I've broken out a bit and had some cramping so I'm holding out for AF. Come on AF..lol

It's been a long time but I used to get bloody noses in the winter time, especially when I was a kid.

I did have bloody noses when I was pregnant too...

Yes. As a kid I used to get bloody noses ALL THE TIME.... I kind of outgrew it though thankfully and haven't had one in years!
