Do you have any completely random recipes bookmarked or saved on your computer that turned out good that you wanna share? Just anything from baking to dinners to breakfasts to slow-cooker to whatever?

I would really love some new & random ideas.

Taco Pie Recipe - Allrecipes.com

The title of this one sounded odd to me, but it's actually pretty good. And the nice thing is it's pretty basic and you can add whatever you want to it (salsa, beans, jalepenos, lettuce, tomato, etc.)

By the way, last night I made those BBQ drumsticks you mentioned last month and oooh, they were yummy.

Chicken Parm is always a hit at our house:

Chicken breasts- dip them in beaten eggs then in seasoned bread crumbs, brown in olive oil in a skillet for a minute or two on each side. Bake in oven at 375 for 10 minutes and flip (depending on thickness), pour tomato sauce on for 10 minutes, then add mozzarella cheese on top for the last 10 minutes. I serve with pasta and a salad.

I love Pioneer Woman though. Every recipe of hers that I've tried has been great.

Yummy I make chicken parm too, but I just dip the chicken breasts in oil + garlic mixture, then in Italian breadcrumbs + Parmesan cheese mixture and bake @ 350 for 1/2 hour. Serve with pasta & sauce. But your way sounds really good, too!
