Technically... We have a bike that is the perfect size for him that used to be Eric's. He'll stand straddling it and push it around, but isn't a big fan of peddling.

My kids don't. Every spring it's like, "I wanna bike!" So, "okay, let's go to TRU and look at bikes." So, off we go to TRU. "Why don't you try a bike?"... "Okay, trying now..." 3 minutes later..."I don't want NO BIKE, THIS IS TOO HARD!" [stomp, stomp, stomp, run away.]
This applies to both kids..

LOL Julia! Eric is SO torn. He wants to ride his bike - he loves the idea of bike riding, and sees some of his friends zipping around the neighborhood on bikes - but then he gets on it and is the exact same way. "It's HARD! My knees hurt! I can't make it GO!"

Leah has a tricycle... that she refuses to pedal no matter how many times we show her. She'll sit on it and shuffle her feet along the ground Flintstones style.

My girls both have bicycles. Mia is ready to ditch the training wheels, but we aren't ready. Poor girl. Addy used to ride her bike, but she fell off on a hill at the lake last year. Now she rides the tricycle instead. She is really fast! I encourage her to try her bike again, but I am waiting for her to say she wants to ride it again.

We have one that should fit Reid this spring. So far he hasn't cared at all about bikes because he loves the wagon way more. He doesn't even ride a trike yet. But we'll see what happens. I'm hoping he'll get into bikes this year.

Marleigh has a bike, and has had one since black Friday, however, the bike is not in her posession yet! This is her bday gift ! Marleigh can pedal fine, as she rides her sister's bike when we are outside!

My il's bought Ethan a bike for his last birthday and he loves it. He can pedal but has trouble steering because he wants to watch his feet move the pedals. I know it's a coordination thing.

LOL, Julia! Good luck on your annual trip to TRU for a bike this spring!
DH and I are planning to get one for Brennan for his birthday this year. On the way home from school today Brennan said he wanted one for his birthday. Convenient!

We got one for Elizabeth last summer but she was short and could only push it around. I'll have to get her going on this spring

David got one for Christmas and LOVES it. The only issue he has is the brakes. He hates them and want to be able to peddle backwards like he does on his trike.

I bought Mackenzie a bike early last summer, all her friends on the street had one, and i felt guilty that she always had to run after them, instead of riding with them. So i bought her one. Im a sucker, lol.
She does use it though. I just bought a cheap 40 dollar one from Walmart and it has done the trick. She also has a princess bike at my moms house that we got for 15 dollars at a garage sale, and she rides that when we are at her house.
I plan on getting Charlie one for his 3rd bday. he sits on Mackenzies bike all the time, but cant do the pedals yet, so we just push him around.
