How is your LO's patience these days? Is he or she starting to understand what it means to "wait a minute"? Has his or her patience increased recently?

Depends on her mood. Most of the time, she's okay waiting. But if she's moody, it's "I don't wannaaaaaaaaa wait".

Addy will yell "no now" at me. She has times when she is patient, but she will grumble or complain a lot of the time when she has to wait.

Keller is very patient, which is good because Isla is in a serious "Do IT NOWWWW or suffer my wrath!" phase.

Ethan is very patient. He waits for me to finish what I'm doing with Mason if I tell him to wait a minute. He is also patient in restaurants. We went out for mothers day with my il's and we were at the restaurant for 3 hours. Ethan was awesome! Mason slept most of the time. It was great!

Leah is very patient. She certainly has her moments, but overall I am very impressed with her behavior in that respect.

Carrie has always been pretty patient. She's a very easy-going kid.

Reid is somewhat patient. We're working on it. He likes to ask for things over and over again, not all in a row, but I'm trying to get him to only ask once and then wait. So now instead of asking, he tells me when he's being patient: "Mommy, I'm being patient for baths."

I was just thinking the other day how much Caden has changed when it comes to having some patience and listening in general. For the most part he does understand when I ask him to be patience and I’ll be with him when I wrap up what I’m doing. In addition, I can now put a dessert on his plate and tell him not to touch it until he eats his lunch/dinner and he actually listens! Adi on the other hand will gobble up her dessert first.

I’m actually looking forward to Adi turning 4 now.
