Yesterday DH and I participated in a 5k with some friends. We did the Warrior Dash which was an obstacle course up a mountain. It was pouring rain the whole time! We army crawled in mud pits under barbed wire, jumped over fire, scaled walls and did a bunch of other crazy obstacles. I am exhausted and sore but so thrilled to have done it!

Congrats! I would love to do one but am still not back to normal after arm surgery and the climbing scares me!
