Do you celebrate St. Patrick's Day? Any plans for this weekend?

Nothing planned. I'd love to go out tonight. A local bar is having a huge St. Patrick's Day bash but my mom is watching Mason tomorrow so we can take Ethan to the movies so I don't want to ask for tonight too.

I would love to go out and have a little excitement. Downtown Portland always has a huge St Patty Day Celebration. Though, I think I will have to pass this year.

The girls did make Leprechan traps( shoe box painted green with gold glitter). We will put that out this evening. I did buy those chocolates that look like gold coins. I will put them in the box for them to find in the morning. I also have Lucky Charms and green milk for breakfast.
Of course we are having Corned Beef and cabbage for dinner. Not a favorite of mine but still love keeping it as a tradition.

We picked up some Guinness & other Irish beers for the weekend. Making a beef stew and Irish soda bread tomorrow. Thinking about making green velvet cupcakes or something, since Leah's having a friend over tomorrow too.

No plans. My DH and I kind of started dating on St. Patrick's Day, but we don't have a sitter to go out tomorrow.

Nope, we don't really celebrate it either (and I'm 1/4 Irish)! Our day consisted of cleaning the house and we had leftovers for dinner!

We celebrated with a big corned beef and cabbage dinner on Friday night with some family that we hadn't seen in a while. I made 2 soda breads, and it was all delicious! But by Sunday, I was so sick of it all that we actually had chinese food for dinner. LOL

We don't actually celebrate! We did when we were younger without kids - enjoyed that green beer!
