I've done lots of exercise videos in the past. I hated 30 Day Shred. I'm sure it's a good workout but Jillian drives me nuts so I wouldn't want to do it all the time. I really like Turbo Jam, although it's expensive, and there are a few good Crunch ones. I liked this one a lot: http://www.amazon.ca/Crunch-Cardio-D...3877966&sr=8-1

Yeah, I have the 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels, did it for a while. You need a yoga mat and weights to do it. I have another one I did when Veronika was little and liked it a bit better but it's 1-hour http://www.3daymelt.com/
Jillian Michaels stuff is 20 minute sessions.

I have a few DVDs as well. I really like Leslie Sansone's walking dvd's. I have 4 of them. One goes up to 5 miles and one uses weights. They are very effective. You can do as little or as much as you want. The shortest is a mile and its 15 minutes. I try to do more but am limited because Mason gets too close as I'm kicking and using weights. I hope to get on a better routine when we get back from Disney. I also have a crunch DVD called Perfectly fit abs and I love it. I also have a treadmill that I can't use until Mason gets older. He makes me so nervous around it.
I haven't done any exercise DVDs in ages. I think I had done some Denise Austin ones but to be honest- She just plain annoys me.
Do you have ON Demand programs through your cable?
I have found several different workouts available in the "Fitness" sections of our cable/satelite providers. Many of them have ranged from specific workouts (arms, legs, tummy) to full body. Along with different types of workouts.
I alternate between 30DS, The Biggest Loser workout (with Bob Harper, the very first DVD they ever released - there are 4 or 5 different workouts too, which is nice so you don't get bored), and Biggest Loser Yoga w/ Bob. I like them all for different reasons, though I certainly prefer Bob's style.
