Remember those little dresses? I'm pretty sure I posted them here too, asking for advice. Well, they're finished now, and I was going to wait for them to arrive before posting pics, but oh well. So here they are. Look closely at the skirts and you can see the hint of flower petals and leaves. The posies are just tucked into the waist ribbons. They are made of heavy bridal satin with FOUR layers of tulle on the skirt with the edges pinked (cut with a special scissor that curs zig-zag and is a popular edging on ballet skirts). They are each topped with six petals in the shape of the petals after which they're named, and then six leaves also in the shape of the real flowers' leaves. They close with zippers and the flower posies have stems wrapped with the same ribbon as at the waists. They're tucked into the bands, but can be carried too. The "dew drop" detail on the skirts didn't photograph at all. These are my own design and pattern 100%.
The skirts are bigger than full circles. The sparkly dots on the skirts ("dew drops") didn't photograph well.

This is what the INSIDES look like. I'm rather proud of my attention to finishing detail. That purple stripe is the zipper. See how neat it all is?

Anyway, thoughts? Input? What can make them better next time? These are technically prototypes, but they're going to a couple of little girls on the East Coast.
