Since this is the SN board, I feel I can share a video of Ava's stridor. It comes and go's depending on how forcfully she's moving air. I've actually had parents drag their children away from us upon hearing Ava breathe. I hate mean people. I've even had someone accuse me of not getting her medical care, they don't realize that this is normal. Christian is in the backround saying "Good Morning" over and over. lol

She is such a cutie!

She looks really sweet. What is the monitor thing around her chest for? From what you said about people moving there kids away I was expecting to see some horrible image of a child gasping and gaging for air or something. She's adorable!

It's her heart/apnea monitor, which she uses 24/7. She doesn't use the belt anymore, we use snap electrodes. She has an inhalatory stridor, which can get very loud. And she does gasp/gag when crying and sometimes eating.

How cute! Ugh. People amaze me-and not always in the good way. I guess it would be obvious to me that she doesn't have something that you can catch-she IS wearing monitors, etc., after all!

Adorable. Their loss for not getting to know you guys and your story.
