Shortly after Joey was diagnosed someone told me to contact the Littlest Heroes Project. This group is amazing. They give a free photo shoot to families of children with life threatening or altering diagnosis. They are amazing, and I love the photoshoot we got done. Our photographer was caring, compassionate, and didn't rush us, she really caught Joey (and all of us) in the pictures she took. So i wanted to share this amazing resource. You can go to http://www.littlestheroesproject.org to register. it is SO worth it. I strongly recommend it to everyone, it was just so amazing. If you want to see the pictures, I will be glad to post some (I have the photogs permission to use all the pics at my own discretion)
ETA: The pic in my siggy is just one of the pics we got from her.
I agree, that is a wonderul thing they do and they have so many photographers all over the country. I have a friend in another state that volunteers for it. Thanks for sharing, I didn't even think to post about it. I love the pic in your siggy!
