My 3 year old daughter Taylor has quite the imagination...lately she's been naming and personifiying everything. Well, she decided to name Grier's stoma..."Shi-shi"

She came up with the name sometime last week and was walking around all day talking about Gigi's Shi-shi. LOL well I kind of assumed she forgot because she didn't say it for a few days, but then yesterday, she comes racing into my bedroom and screams "Mommy! Shi-shi's going BAZOOKA!"

And sure enough...Grier had managed to pull her pouch off and was stool had come out and she was playing in it. BIG, gross mess!

I went into premature labor on Friday night so I'm on bed rest now. One of the perks, though, is that I did not have to clean up the poopy mess Grier had made. So David starts cleaning it up and Taylor got so completely upset....

"Daddy! Stop! Your ruining Shi-shi's art!"

Dispite the fact that I'm royally sick of her pulling out her feeding tube or pouch, Taylor made the whole situation hilarious lol. Grier's stoma now has a name, and it has feelings!

At least your family can find humor, which helps so much!!
I know it's a stressful time, but she'll eventually get over her obsession with her g-tube and pouch. Praying you have no more preterm labor!!

LOL That IS pretty hilarious-especially since you didn't have to clean it up, huh?

I hope that you're resting very well! No more preterm labor!!! (Stay in there, baby!)
