Well, it's over with....and it went better than expected!!! The ultrasound took about 45 minutes (thankfully they both were angels) and then we went to see Della's Orthopedist, which took another hour.

Her hips have to rotate from 40 to 60 degrees for correction.

Today the Ortho told us that she has improved 5 degrees and she is now at 45 degrees in both hips!!!!!! Also, the gave me an analogy of her hips ~ they are too shallow now (like a teaspoon) and they want to deepen/move her hips into place like a tablespoon ~ I thought that was cool.

Also, they adjusted her harness/brace today and told me that she will need to wear it for at least another 4 months, that's okay...I am so excited that there is improvement!!!!

We go back in 2 weeks for a harness/brace adjustment and then 2 weeks after that for another ultrasound and adjustment, so lot's of appointments to keep us busy!!!

And oh yeah, because they adjuster her brace today, she has more squiggly room and seems so much more active!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaayyyy!!!! Go DARLING!!!!!
