The speech pathologist worked with him for about an hour and he cooperated wonderfully for her. She went through tons of pictures and toys and all kinds of things and scribbled notes the whole way. After they finished she said that he needs articulation hands down because he's omitting most sounds which we already knew. As far as expressive and receptive go she isn't sure on expressive, but she thinks he'll need receptive. She still has to tally those and we'll discuss the results at the next meeting. She still sees some PDD signs, but after working with him more thinks it could be attention concentration instead. It could also just be that he's so used to things at home that he's a bit quirky and as soon as he starts school he'll go by leaps and bounds. So now we're basically waiting until the next meeting which will be May 27th.
