For the most part Ellie eats the same things that we eat. But she needs more calories and calcium than we do and she doesn't usually eat a full meal. So we add butter, cream, cheese, etc. to EVERYTHING. And we supliment with calorie boosters and special drinks like kid essentials and breeze juice.

technically she's supposed to be on thickened and calorie booster, but we dont do it.

Thickened for aspiration, elimination for allergies and certain textures that are too hard for her to chew, and suppliment with formula.

Kaiden eats what we eat on the paleo diet. No dairy, no grain, no legumes, no nightshades.

There has been an issue going on with his weight which is a whole LONG story with extenuating circumstances and his pedi is not happy with his weight. I'm about to change pedi's over it; no matter how many times I explain it to her she's only looking at the charts and not his history and his needs. I don't think she understands nutrition AT ALL.
