We have a dog (boxer named Becca). Carrie LOVES animals. She laughs harder with hyper dogs than she does with anything I've ever seen

We have a zoo in our house!
We had 3 dogs but we lost our beagle a few weeks ago. Now we have 2 goldendoodles, Indie and Bodie. We also have 2 tabby cats, Felix and Oliver and a bunny and a turtle.
Ellie had a hard time adjusting to the dogs at first but the feeling was definitely *not* mutual. The dogs loooove her. Especially Bodie. He's become very protective of her. We've actually had to train him not to retrieve things for her cause he would chew them up in the process. He ruined a pair of her DAFO's.
Ellie loves all her animals now. Still not a fan of other people's pets though.

we have 2 cats nermal and garfield , and both my sons love them. We've had them since they were babies so the cats basically think they are one of the boys!.. they dont mind one bit when a kid or two sits on them or lies on them.
The boys love them too, ive noticed that our one cat nermal will go and cuddle with my 4yr old if he is upset or off. They are great at calming either one of them down.

But we just found out my youngest is allergic to them...and i think if we get rid of them both boys will feel lost....he isnt bad with just the two cats, but right now we are taking care of their mom and sister(cats) so 4 cats is just too much for him.
Right now i am vacuming and changing bed sheets everyday to keep it down.

we are down to one dog, when our older male passed Lola was still pretty young and I had enough to do without adding another dog into the mix. Lola is a rottweiler, and she LOVES Kaiden! She thinks he is her baby and is extremely tolerant anything he does to her or her toys. Kaiden, on the other hand, isn't quite as fond of her. He does not like being given a loving tongue bath.
