Because we're the special needs board, I know that many of our kids start school at 3 years old to get the state therapy. There are many kids on here that are at that age or coming up soon. How do you plan on integrating that into your schedule? What does your schedule already looks like? Do you have therapy free days? If you work, how do you make it happen?
I declined summer session of school for Carrie because we have so many intake appointments from moving. When school starts our days will look like
M - school 2.5 hours + ABA 2.0 hours
T - OT 1.0 hours + PT 1.0 hours + school 2.5 hours + ST 0.5 hours
W - school 2.5 hours + ST 0.5 hours
Th - school 2.5 hours + ABA 2.0 hours
F - school 2.5 hours
(possibly adding 2.0 hours more of ABA)
Our Tuesday is packed, but ABA is in our house so most of the other days I feel like we can sit back and relax for the most part. I hate that school breaks up our day the way it does, but for now it's important.

Kaiden will attend a "transitional" day/meeting sometime in Sept, then the plan is that he will start their S/N preschool program in Jan when he turns 3. I don't know how many days per week or hours per day that is . . . guess I'll find out.
