Alex will be starting 1st grade this year and Katie will be starting preschool. They are both so excited to start school. Katie is a little worried about going to school for full days for the first time but I am just reassuring her that she will do great. They don't go back until the 1st.
Lil Buddy will go to full time preschool this year. He never shows emotion in anticipation, so I'm not sure how he feels about it. He starts next Monday. He went last year for a couple of days a week. He loved it then. The teachers are amazing and he gets speech everyday during the school day, which is so needed. They also work with him unofficially on PT and OT. I really love his school.
Carrie will be going 3 hours a day 3 days a week to the preK special needs 3 year old class. She doesn't show excitement for that kind of thing, but she enjoyed it last year. This year I think will be harder cause she was in a more severe class last year so the ratio of children to adults was 1 to 1, this year it'll be 9 kids to 2 adults. I'm worried, but we'll have to wait and see.
Because of all her appts, we're considering cutting it down from 5 days a week.
