Does anyone know if there are ways to strengthen the uterus before another pregnancy?

Would drinking the Red Raspberry Leaf Tea help now?

I have heard eating a protein rich diet can help, it also helps when you are prego by strengthening the bag of waters. Their is a tea my doula recommended it is called "pregnancy tea" found at most specialized health food stores. She said it is full of natural herbs etc that help strengthen the uterus during and before pregnancy. Hope that helps.

I don't know. But it would make sense that any of those uterine toning things would do that.

You may want to talk to your dr about it. He/she may have some great suggestions. I agree about checking to make sure things are ok while BFing. If it makes you feel any better I got pregnant 3 months after my oldest was born at went to 41 weeks trying for my VBAC and never had any problems with my uterus. Good luck!

Yeah. I'd defiantly make sure it was ok while BFing. I'll ask my doc about it when I go in for my annual exam and we'd be closer to ttc. I kinda wonder what he'd say seeing as I don't think he's all that supportive of me trying for a vbac with #3.
