For the past 2 appointments I have left devastated after other OBs spoke so confindent that I was having a repeat c-section. I never got the nerve up to confront them and say I wanted a vbac (I have had 2 vbacs and 2 c-sections...c/s,vbac,vbac,c/s). I finally got the nerve to bring it up at my appt today and she was TOTALLY ok with it thanks to the latest National Health publication stating that vbac is considered a safe alternative!!!! She even quoted that publication in her reasoning behind being totally supporive! AHHHHH!!!!! I didn't think this would happen (which is why it took me so long to bring it up). I'm stoked!

Woo Hoo!!! That is great news!

I am really loving that the National Health publication is getting OB's thinking!
