hi ladies i've been lurking around on here trying to get some insight on VBAC's. I'm so determined to attempt a VBA2C. I have no idea what my chances are. I've had 2 c-sections. One in July 2008 & the other in February 2010. Now I'm due July 2011 and I really don't want to go through that again. I had a bad experience with my last C-section. The anesthesia started to ware off in the middle of surgery and the pain was horrific. The recovery was extremly painful to. Anyway, the real question I have is What are my chances of a successful VBA2C with children so close together? Also where can a find an OB willing to deliver me. My OB is very sketchy about VBAC's. They perfer to just cut you open and be done with it /:
Welcome! First, go to the ICAN website and find your local chapter. Then I would email them and ask them for their recommendation for a VBAmC friendly doc! You may have to travel a little bit to find a good doc but it's worth it if you get your VBA2C!
