I just failed the 1 hour test and have hit full on panic mode. I failed my 1 hour last pregnancy but passed the 3 hour. But I'm freaked out because I'm VBACing and am so worried about how that diagnosis would affect delivery. Induction is a no go for VBAC and I'm worried I'll get pushed for c-section if I'm post date.

I know it depends on the Dr. I guess I'm looking for uplifting stories. Reassurance. Something! Ahhh!

Honestly, knowing my Dr. I think she'll say, "if it's controlled, it will be fine." Sigh....

I failed my 1 hour with both of my pregnancies but passed my 3 hour with both. Try not to stress!

Good luck!

I had a successful VBAC with GD, high blood pressure, and I was induced. You can do it, don't get discouraged.

I would ask your dr now what it means if you fail the 3 hour, then at least you are prepared. but there is a good chance you will pass the 3 hour so try not to stress.

failed the first hour. passed the other 2. fasting was good. so she's putting me on a diet and i have to check my levels. she's not concerned about it affecting my vbac plans if i stick to the diet and baby is measuring fine later. this is the doc that guessed my 9 lb. 11 oz. baby was 8 or so pounds. So, i'm not that worried. i'd rather be cautious.
