Hi girls, So i'm back to joining this board. I joined it last year when I was pregnant with my daughter and then I ended up going with another c-section with her.
But this is my last pregnancy and I want to do things so much different this time. I have a new dr, new hospital, I'm taking the time to enjoy this one. I REALLY want to have a vaginal birth this time since it is my last pregnacy. I wan't to try it the way god intended women to have children. I'd love any imput on how to prepare my body for a natural birth this time around. If there is any exercises or foods to eat or ANYTHING that I can start doing now to make sure my body and I are on the same page come June, that would be amazing. I am deffinatly looking forwad to getting to know all of you ladies!!!!
