This baby has been so great about always being head down and facing the back like he's supposed to be. I have never felt him turn towards the front until yesterday... He is now facing the front just like his brother always did (who was born by emergency c-section due to complications from his position). I know I have time to work on getting him to turn back, but man, what a disheartening thing to happen since he had been so good up to this point.

I have to admit right now I'm so disheartened I'm almost ready to give up on the idea. Will I? No, I'm going to try to get this kid to turn... but to be honest if I hit full term and this kid is in the wrong position, I'm not sure I could handle running the risk of trying for a VBAC and failing.

My sister just delivered her son on the 5th and we were freaking out because he was posterior while in labor. The nurses had her use the "peanut" birth ball and he did finally turn after about 10 hours! The nurses swear by it! I wish we would have gotten one earlier because my sister tried everything in the last month to turn him!
Good luck hun!!

I am sorry you are disheartened but take heart there is much you can do! Have you seen hypnobabies turn your posterior baby...it works! You can order it online at their website. I used it 2 times once for posterior baby and then I used turn your breech baby and that worked for me too! I am praying for you!
