And does this hospital do vbacs?

We live 20 minutes from the closest hospital and they don't do vbacs. They did my vbac because I arrived at 8 cm and the doctor couldn't get there fast enough to do a csection, but ordinarily they don't do vbacs. The closest hospital that does vbacs is an hour away.

The hospital I'll be delivering at is a weird one. Websites have them listed as banned and yet my OB seems willing to let me try provided I meet every item on his list of unrealistic criteria lol.

The hospital I will be delivering at is about 20-30 mins away. They do allow vbac's. Most of the hospital in our area allow them now.

About 15 minutes away, depending on traffic. This hospital not only allows VBAC but prefers you VBAC over repeat c-section and has an 80% success rate. They also have a level 4 NICU.

This is in stark contrast to the hospital I almost delivered at which is 25 minutes away, has no NICU yet, and told me "Sure, if you want a 1 in 100 chance of killing your baby, we can talk VBAC".

I'm so glad I switched. Even though the switched had nothing to do with VBAC/TOLAC, I feel like I'm in much better hands now.
