I take a multivitamin and folic acid. DH takes a men's daily and he also has Fertilaid but I am not sure if he's been taking those lately.

yeah, that is what he is saying, he feels there is more and he is more potent. I will ask him when he gets home if there is anything else about it.

I'm just on folic, but I'm sure after the fertility apt I'll be put on more.

DH is on nothing that I know of... But once again I'm going to ask the Dr what I should be sending him.

I was taking folic acid and a prenatal vitamin for a long time, then stopped. Now, I'm about to start taking folic acid again.

Not exactly, they may have different amounts of the different vitamins. I don't remember what the rec. minimums are but I know the generic store brand I have meets them.

I was reading the one a day for men and it has only 15mg of zinc, would it be safe for dh to take more zinc on the side or is that enough?

You can add more, but you can get too much Zinc (unlike other vitamins like folic acid or vitamin C, that it doesn't matter if you take more than you need) and levels that are too high can also cause problems. That is why I just have DH taking the One A Days with the recommended 15mg.

It helps sperm count, testosterone, and I believe it is also good for prostate health.

I take a prenatal, a cranberry pill, and Omega 3. DH takes a multi-vitamin, cranberry pill, Omega 3, and Vitamin C. He has clumping sperm, and the vitamin C really helps with that.

Most of the one's that I have looked at are very similar. The one I take I got at Wal-mart for $3-something a bottle, and it has the recommended dosages in it. The doses were identical to the $9 bottles at Walgreens.

Okay, the brand I've got is called SpringValley and there are 100 tablets in it. Spring Valley is Wal-mart's generic vitamin brand, I think. It's a green bottle with a yellow cap, white label, green writing and a baby on the label. Maybe they don't sell them at your Wal-mart??
