Hi, I'm popping in from the TTCAL and TTC 6+months boards. I was wondering if you ladies could help me...
I started taking 50mg of B6 in hopes of lengthening my lp. It has been 10-11 days since my m/c in August. I usually o on cd15. It's cd16 and I didn't o according to my ff chart. Do you know if b6 makes you o later? Thanks ladies. I hope it's okay I posted here.
I have no idea about the b-6, but I think I heard ladies saying they took higher dose. I will check my notes. And you can post here of course!!
This is what I have for b6:
Take B6 to help lengthen luteal phase
Vitamin B6 is perfectly safe and can be taken daily in dosages from 50 mg to 200 mg. Taking vitamin B6 every day during the entire month will help to lengthen the luteal phase. B Compex is taken to aid in the absorption of B6 and the two should be taken together. Taking a timed release B complex also gives benefits throughout the day.
