They are nice if you are using them as a toy, and not as a babysitter. I've known too many people who stuck their baby in one and then just ignored them completely for hours at a time.

Maybe something similar, something to bounce in. But I agree with Stephanie about people just sticking the baby in and leaving them. I've known people to use Baby Einstein as a babysitter too. Makes me made. Grrr!

My DS had one growing up and he loved it. He would actually try and crawl into it!
Does the seat turn? They have ones where the seat actually turns.
