Well, I started using it today. The directions say to use a 1/2 teaspoon twice a day. I read you can use it anywhere from 10-14 days. I am going to use it 10, as when I have ever taken Provera that's how long he directed me to use it. I am hoping it will bring on my period for real since all I did was like 2 days of bleeding and the rest spotting. I plan on doing this every month after I have O'd or if AF doesn't show in order to control my PCOS. I have read a lot about it and it seems to be a good option. I was reading that when a Dr. Prescribes an oral version of progesterone that a very large percent of it is lost into the liver so your body requires larger does. The cream(natural progesterone) seems to be the way for me. It's as easy as putting lotion on and it really doesn't have a smell and it's not sticky or anything. If it gets my hormones under control that will be wonderful! I still can't wait for September to come!

I don't have PCOS but I bought it to try to get my cycles regulated. I was told at the herb store to use it for 26 days and stop 2 days before AF, then start it again on day 7. I used it for 7 days and AF showed. I was so happy, now I am just waiting to O.
