After posting about what I have recently purchased, I decided to do 'baby inventory.' I took all of my containers out of the closet, went through them, counted everything up, and cataloged it. I thought it would be a great way to keep track of what we have too much of, and what we need. I'll be putting a copy of it in DH's wallet, that way it will always be with us.
I took pictures of it all to share with you. The only thing I didn't take a pic of was our pack 'n play, and various books that I have kept from my childhood. You can't make out the details in most of it, but you get an idea of what all I have, which is probably way too much for someone that has been trying for 7 years without luck.
This is what we have:
Newborn - 3 mos
1 pair of jeans
10 pair of socks
10 sleep ‘n plays
1 diaper cover
3 sleep ‘n plays
2 denim dresses
1 pair of jeans
1 pair of shorts
8 pairs of socks
1 pair of shoes
1 sleep ‘n play
You have a lot of stuff, just like me! I am visiting family up in Michigan right now, so I can't take a picture yet. But, I can tell you that I probably have about 130 different baby items. Clothes, books, toys ... It makes me feel better on a sad day when I can buy baby things. But, DF and I have a rule about buying baby stuff, and that it has to be clearance, on sale, or something that we can just not let slip by. We are trying to save money for a wedding now, so I try not to buy a lot of baby stuff anymore, but it's so hard not to! I will update with pictures later!
