around 300 pounds. YUP! i was 317 at one point having gained 70 pounds when i was put on the diabetes medication (my doctor said that is normal) but i have been steadily losing. I am guessing i am closer to 280 by now.

Know what I have for lunch.

1/2 cup macaroni and cheese. 1/2 cup sugar free pudding

How the heck am I so fat!! I used to eat like a cow, but a year later I am still so friggin big!

It sucks doesn't it! It is so much harder to take it off than it is to put it on. I hate that part of dieting.

It helps if you work out for just 30 mins. It makes all the difference if you be active for 30 mins. My doctor told me eating right doesn't cut it... must include 30 mins of activity... Walking, swimming, lift dumbbells, whatever you can..and increase the minutes by month.
I have to lose weight for health reasons and it's really really really hard.

You can do it!!

Just a thought but if you are not eating enough calories you can't loose weight. I know it seems weird but your body will go into survival mode and you won't be able to lose the weight. So make sure you are getting the proper amount of calories. When I wasn't getting enough calories my body would not loose weight no matter how much I exercised. Once I started tracking my calorie intake and started taking in the proper amount to lose weight then I started loosing.

Also if you keep your heartbeat up for 30 minutes w/ exercise your body will continue to burn at that rate for 2-3 more hours.

if you consume the proper amount of calories in a day's time your metabolism will burn the fat much faster. With this diet I have been on, I haven't even been exercising and I have already lost 12 pounds(just by cutting out regular soda) in what seems like no time.

Yes I get 1900 calories a day. I have to eat in 6 small meals instead of 3 larger ones. It is the diabetic exchange diet but modified for pregnancy.

Exercise is harder because of my back, so I do either prenatal yoga or sweatin to the oldies for a half hour each morning, and I walk for 15 minutes when I put alex on the bus. The weight is coming off, just so SLOWLY

Would you belive the first week I went to the doctor and had lost two pounds that week and he said, lets try to slow it down to 1 pound, LOL. I said you have been trying to get me to lose weight for years don't push it buddy!
