I suck! I forgot all about the best friend exchange, until Deleketala mentioned it in a post of hers.

Are you all planning a vacation or anything this summer?

DH and I were going to go to St. Louis for 3 days for our anniversary, but I'm not sure if we can. I don't feel comfortable leaving Mom alone for a few days, and no one but my MIL is willing to come and stay with her, but she can only stay one night. So, if we do go, we'll just leave early one morning, and come back the next evening.

We were planning on going to the zoo and to the Science Center, our two favorite places. Have you ever been to the Science Center in St. Louis? I love that place!
