Hi everyone,

I went to my first RE appointment this morning. Cuz I've had 2 m/c he diagnosed me as a habitual aborter and is going to first do an HSG and than bw which I thought was interesting to go in that order but I am glad because I am on CD 8 and they do it on CD9 and thats tomorrow. So I go tomorrow at 1:00. After that, if its normal, I will call to schedule bw. So we've got the ball rolling. He has been an RE for 30 years so I guess he knows something. When I was in the waiting room this couple brought in their new baby to show the staff so he obviously helped them. Not the best personality for his line of work however. But he is cooperative and was willing to proceed after 2 m/c while many wait for a third. So I'm happy about that.

Now I have a job interview to get ready for. Hopefully that will go equally well. I'll let ya'll know how the HSG goes.

Glad that you guys have a plan!! I had an HSG and it was not bad at all. I took a zanex that OBGYN prescribed (just 1) to relax me. I also took 2 advil about 30 minutes before the procedure to help with any pain. I am a baby when it comes to pain. I had a left blocked tube but he was able to clear it. I did put a pad on after the procedure becuz they say you (TMI ALERT) leak some dye and maybe some blood afterwards. I didn't leak neither. DH took me to lunch afterwards and I took it easy for the rest of the day and I was fine. Good Luck and PM if you need anything and KMP.

Also how did the interview go?

Thanks everyone.

The interview went fine. It was for a Program Coordinator at a senior center. I won't know till next week and there were lots of applicants and he'll be interviewing all week. I dunno, we'll see.

Good Luck with the HSG tomorrow and on the interview.

For me the HSG was not that bad at all. I didn't have anything to relax me, I forgot to take a tylenol, and I went straight to work afterwards. It only took about 10-15 minutes for the whole thing. I did not have a blocked tube though, so I know that makes it a lot more painful. I did not leak or spot afterwards either.
