Gosh if I go poo one more time and it's ahh loose I'm gonna lose my mind. Make it stop. So I've been on it since the 4th and I'm up to 1000mg. I need to get up to 1500mg. I don't have any side effects except the loose poo. It's getting annoying and I know its for my best to take it but I'd just like to poo once normally and without my intestines feeling like they are in knots. I'm thinking of adding a fiber pill to my diet to help me out.

Thanks I just needed to vent.

I had the same issues, along with nausea and vomiting. A mom on the pcos board told me to cut down on carbs, it helped her. I did that, and I haven't had diarrhea or nausea since. I make sure I have something with a bit of fat in my stomach before I take my pill (500mg three times a day), maybe a piece of cheese, and make sure I have something to eat right after it. Since doing this and really watching my carb intake, I've felt 2000 times better. Good luck!

Thanks. I didn't eat the worlds best yesterday so that might have caused it. In the end I had to take an immodium because it was bad. But even when its not ahh really loose it is a lot looser than my poo before I started metformin. My dad's no help with this cause he takes it and it didn't do anything to him. LOL. Thanks for the info.
