and don't say "a positive one!" LoL
I just bought 14 FRER's off eBay for about $12 (don't expire till 3/09) and I was wondering if I got a good deal? What HPT's are popular here? Which are the most reliable?

Am I not really a POAS-ohlic, so I don't keep a stash, but from the experiences I have seen with ladies - stick with the name brands. I have seen too many ladies have issues with the IC's and Dollar Tree tests (bad evaps that look to be BFP's) - so I have heard that if you are POAS nut, test with those, but if you see a line confirm it with a name brand. And as for the name brands - I think they are all pretty reliable, except for the blue dye tests - there are some issues with those as well.

I know that they're expenseive, but honestly the digital ones take all the guesswork out of it. You can't second-guess it or try to see lines that aren't there.

For the cheapies, I like the Equate brand at Walmart. They are just as sensitive as the name-brand tests, but are less than nine bucks for three tests. I usually keep a whole stash of them, and one box of digitals in case I think I see a BFP on the cheap test.

I have a bunch of Dollar Tree ones for my trigger shot to watch it go out of my system. I've got a couple Clear Blue digitals.

I just use the IC strips. I've never had a problem with evaps and I got my BFP at 10 dpo in the spring when I was pregnant. They work for me, plus they're cheap.

I vary between Equate, and FRER. Just depends where I'm at when I buy them, and what the money situation looks like,
